The High Desert Outreach Center's: "Getting Families Moving"

This program teaches families with children from 0 to 5, it provides classes on cooking healthier, exercise and gardening classes. Families will also learn "Color Me Healthy" and "5-2-1-0." Please contact Maria Lara at (760) 246-7874. This program is funded by: First Five of San Bernardino County.

San Bernardino Sexual Assault  Services

SBSAS-High Desert is offering a “new” free program featuring “A World Between Windows.”  This program offers an opportunity of self-expression, self-exploration, and self-interpretation through arts and crafts, embodiment and meditation.  It is ideal for those who have been traumatized by sexual, physical and emotional abuse.  Artwork selections are chosen to promote healing.  Topics and discussions are intended to empower. This program includes an “Art of Healing Support Group” for women survivors, “Art of Healing Workshop” for adult women, and “U Art” for students, teen programs and other community programs that would like to experience a fun and effective way to overcome past traumas.
